Early Childhood Survey

Parents of young children with disabilities, the Governor’s office wants to hear about your child care needs.The Office of the Governor and the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood are seeking input from parents of children ages B-5. They have created a survey that is available in both English and Spanish that parents can fill out online. The survey will be used to inform conversations around the State’s development of the Tiered Quality Rating System.

The office states that, “We want to make sure that every parent can find accessible quality care for their child. To that end, we seek to 1) create a quality rating improvement system where you can search online for early childhood programs and immediately see their quality ratings, and 2) expand early childhood program facilities so that there is room for all children.”

Surveys should be completed by October 12, 2012. The links to the Parent Survey are below:
