The Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has published a new document, “Disability Rights Enforcement Highlights.” The document highlights a small sample of OCR’s disability-related work on topics including FAPE (free appropriate public education), accessibility of technology, academic adjustment and discipline.
